why does outlook keep asking fomy username and pw when itheey were entered
at seup - its driving me crazy

I have the same issue. I'm using the Outlook 2003 release version with
a hosted Exchange 2003 server. Every few days or so I come in to the
office and see a dialog box asking for my user name & password. Why is
this happening?
