outlook keeps sending the same email

when i click send button, the email gets to the sending item
folder and outlook keeps sending the same email over and over.
Email stays in sending item folder sends the same email until i delet
it by myself.

I don't know why this is happening.
This is outlook express 6 running on Windows2000svr.
