Outlook loading slow

I have Outlook Express 6 in XP

whn I 'login' into my account in XP Home Edition, and then invoke Outlook Express,
the load is very very slow.

If I'm already logged into XP and invoke Outlook, the load is very fast.

any help?

Your computer is still finishing its startup if you start OE the second you
can view your Desktop.

Also when you have started a program before in a session it will start
faster as part of it are still kept in the (virtual) memory.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
