Outlook loses Authentication with Exchange

I am running Outlook 2002. Everything working fine this
morning, come back this afternoon and everytime I try to
get into Outlook it asks for username, password, domain.

It looks to me as though it is an Exchange authenication
problem, however I have reset everthing on the server,
deleted the mail account on the local machine, re created
it and still the same problem.

Any idea how to get this back
