Outlook Lotus connector doesn't synchronize all email

I just installed the Outlook Connector that Microsoft provides for
Lotus Domino. I am using Outlook 2003. I have been able to synchronize
many headers of my email, but not all folders. It synchronizes about
half (just the headers) and then stops. I tried it again and it stopped
at the same spot. It doesn't download the body (even though I have the
setting enabled to download the header and contents) unless I open the
email. But after opening, it doesn't save it. Additionally, it only
shows email up through about a week ago, so it is not completely
synchronized. I am not able to send emails. I am able to view the
Address Book from the Lotus server, and my email folder structure is
complete (though not the emails that they contain).

I just performed a Replication in Lotus Notes to see if it was only
reading what is local, but it still only shows email through last week
and still only in certain folders.

Can someone suggest why I can't download and see all my email and why I
can't send email? When I try to send an email, I don't get an error. It
just doesn't do anything.

I'd greatly appreciate any tips.
