Outlook Mail Merge

Trying to send an individual email to 100 people. We've
got a standard template but would like to insert a unique
reference number for each receipent.

Only way we can think of is to copy and paste. Is there a
mail merge facility that we can use within outlook.

The mail merge facility is in Word.

Do you know of any other way we can get this info into
outlook. We would like to send to each individual as an
