Ask your admins at work whether there's any way to access the mail server
they run (or your company runs) remotely.

Nobody here will know what kind of mail server, mail account type, remote
access options, you have in your office....and Outlook is a client - there's
nothing to sign into.

It depends on how your work e-mail is set up. Who handles the e-mail
accounts at your company? Can you ask them about this?
