Outlook marks an email as replied or forwarded seconds before the reply or
forward is sent, causing it to mark a mail as replied or forwarded before it
is. If you press 'reply' and wait for outlook to mark it as replied, and then
close the window, the mail is marked as replied and the reply was never sent.
It should mark it once the reply is sent, not before, this may cause
confusions.
