Outlook not closing

Outlook was closed last night but the screen is still
showing the 'please wait while microsoft outlook exits'
box. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Are you running anything that might keep Outlook running (like a fax
module)?

About once a day and when it starts everytime you open
Outlook after it will make a box for each time you close
until you do an end task on each one then it will be fine
for a while.
