Outlook not printing the body of email.

I have a random problem that is popping up on different users machines,
everybody affected is on XP SP2 and Office 2003 SP1. I've made sure that the
PC's have the latest Window/Office patches as well. What happens in
Outlook is they print an email and only the heder prints and not the body. I
have set IE and Outlook encoding to "Auto select" , set the mail format to
be rich text and have tried running repairs on the Office suite. Nothing
works except rebooting the machine but it will eventually happen again.

I have to ask, WHY is everybody printing emails? A complete waste of time
and paper!

We had a similar problem which turned out to be related to using Remote
Desktop - the user making the remote connection needs to ensure that he has
deselected printers in the local resources section of options for the
connection.

No idea why it caused the problem, but was exactly as you described.
