Outlook not saving passwords? Try this

I am using XP Pro.

Go to Control Panel
Open Administrative Tools
Open Services
Find "Protected Storage" and double click it
Change Startup Type' to "Automatic".
Then click Start button.
Close all windows and try the outlook again.
