Outlook not saving passwords

I have checked the box in the accounts folder under tools
in Outlook. Still everytime that I close Outlook and
reopen it I have to enter my password. Am I just missing
something or what. I am actually using Outlook express. I
am running a XP system. Any help would be appreciated.
