Outlook password protection

I am running Outlook 2000 on xp home edition. Everyone
uses the same windows login. I have 4 pop email accounts
using the same dialup information. Is there a way to
password each email account to keep different user from
seeing the others accounts simular to the way Outlook
express does.

Create a separate mail profile for each person (Control Panel>Mail), with
each profile containing a reference to a distinct PST file for each person.
Password-protect each PST.
