Outlook Personal Folder > 2 Gig

I have a user that has over 2 gig in her personal folder. This is causing
numerous problems with the general operation of Outlook 2000 - cannot move
files, delete, etc. I copied the pst to the network and removed the folder
Outlook, creating a new one at the same time. The program works fine now,
but I need to get to some of those files in the old pst. Unfortunately, I am
unable to move anything from the old folder into the new one. If I add the
old pst back into Outlook, I experience the same issues as before.
Suggestions?

The only way I know of is to use Outlook 2003 and create an OL2003-type
PST. Previous OL versions do not support PST files > 2GB.
