Outlook Personal Folder backup

I downloaded the MS Outlook Personal Folder backup program from Microsoft and
installed it on Outlook 2003. I've used it on Outlook 2002 and it is
supposed to add a Backup function to the File menu. But it did not do that
for me. I tried rebooting, did not help. I uninstalled it from Add/Remove
Programs, and rebooted, and re-installed. Still did not work.

Any ideas?
