Outlook Phone Message Template

I need a template for sending phone messages by email to co-workers. All
office phones roll over to mine when a co-worker is unable to answer. I take
down the information and then prefer to send it to the person by email. A
template to use repeatedly would simplify this process. I have been
unsuccessful in locating one in Outlook; however, I am a new user and very
unfamiliar with your product's capabilities. Thanks for any help you can
provide.

Have you looked at Message Pad for Outlook at www.emercury.co.uk? Fully integrated with Outlook providing full phone message management for the office and when used with Exchange allows management of messages taken by an office workgroup.
