Outlook Phone Message Template

I'm confused about a template I'm using. I downloaded a Phone Message
template from a link I found on this site. It had everything I needed but I
made minor alterations, back color, moved items around, added my signature
and made items smaller. I then did a Save As and replaced the original file.
I gave this to two other people and when we open the phone message it is the
one I made the changes too but when we mail it the one that opens is the
original prior to my changes. Since I saved over this view I don't
understand why Outlook is sending it. This is very confusing. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

I used a a tutorial from Microsoft Online,
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA012106101033.aspx?pid=CH010491011033,
which said to create a folder for the custom form and publish it there.
Which is what I did. If I publish it to organizational forms library where
will I see it to use it.

I also, in the past, have used hyperlinks on a button and those worked fine.
With this form it didn't.

Where is the template published? If its not published in the organizational
forms library, you need to send forms definition.

I forgot to mention when I saved it I received a message stating a particular
setting needed to be checked on if I was going to send this to others and
would I like to have Outlook check it for me. I said "Yes".
