Here is my scenario: Exch 5.5 environment and I get a call to look at sharing someone's calendar to an exec admin. Fair enough, but he was pulling his mail to a pst file on a local NAS. I switched him to deliver his mail to the EDB file on the server instead then I could access the permission tab on the calendar. Now comes the problem, after I import the pst file the user says, hey where is all my mail between April and current. Say what! sure enough it was gone. I checked the old pst file and the data is not in there. I went to a back up of the file three days prior and still the data in it only shows up to April. I don't see how it could have missing the whole time and not have been noticed by the end user. This one has me stumped. Any thoughts on the issue? I don't have reason to believe the user would have deleted it and not told us about it. So I feel there is a legitimate problem going on. Thanks to anyone in advance who can offer some suggestions.
