outlook problem

sir,

can u pls tell me how can we hide the to field while
sending a mail so that the other users(cc,bcc)does not
come to know to whom we have mentioned the same mail in
the to field

1.. In a message, click To.
2.. In the Type name or select from list box, type the name, or click
Find.
3.. In the Name list, click the name, and then click Bcc.
4.. Click Send.
