outlook pst files

We are implementing a new email policy. This policy will
require all users to use the exchagne db's instead of a
local pst file. Is there a script that can tell me if a
user has a pst file local and is still using it?

I think you can require client's set the delivery location as exchange
server as opposed to a .PST. If you want to prevent users from using and
creating new .PSTs, give this a read:
