Outlook PST

User has multiple pst files. After using one of them for
a couple of days he got the following error message. I
cannot access the pst.

The file Outlook pst is in use and could not be accessed.
Close any application that is using this file, and then
try again

Shut down Outlook. Use task manager to ensure that there are no copies
running (using a PDA usually is the culprit) Then try again.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.
