Outlook puts a (1) in front of 7-digit numbers I enter in Contacts

How do I stop this? And, how do I reformat all the current entries? Thx

Just remove the option to automatically add the country code to local
numbers in Outlook's Dialing Options...
To change existing contacts, you'd need to export to a program that can do a
global search and replace, like Excel, then reimport.
