Outlook re-dowmlaods old email from my server

Outlook Crazy Man

Today I am having the fortunate occurance (not) of
experiencing an Outlook communication BUG! For some reason
all my old emails on my server are being re-downloaded off
my server. My host company is the greatest in the world
and has done research on this and it is an Outlook bug...
Does anyone have any idea what would be a fix to this - or
a link to a documnent describing a fix
