outlook receives all mail twice

I hope someone can help with this problem.
I'm using xp pro, and outlook 2002.
All email is dowmloaded twice each time outlook
send/receive is used.

Sorry John I cant help but can only commiserate. I have XP Pro outlook 2003
and i receive once but send twice. There seems to be no help from microsoft
and the ISP. Good Luck
