Outlook recieving emails as attachments

Greetings. I am using a POP email account and notice that
some of the emails I recieve come in as an attachment.
Once I open the attachemnt, I can read the email. It must
be some type of setting, but I have not idea which one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In general, the format of a message is the sender's perue, not the
recipient's.
