Using Outlook Redemption at work in our application to doing email.
Ran into a few different problems and I'm looking for some help. We've
tested this on different Outlooks 2000 and 2003 and 2 different
Exchange Servers 5.5 and 2000.
Here is what we found;
Problem #1 - Nothing is going to our 'SENT' items folder. We create
the email I can see it go in the 'OUTBOX' when I click send and then
disappear but after that it's gone. This happens on both Exchange
Servers.
Problem #2 - This only occurs on ES 5.5. I create the message and the
message text is missing from the message. This also only occurs when I
have the mailbox set to the server. If I change it to personal folder
then the text is sent. But then it goes to the OUTBOX and never acts
let it was sent but the receiver verified they recieved the email. And
when I shut down Outlook it says I have unsent emails in the Outbox.
Any help would be appreicated.
