Outlook Requesting Data

I am running outlook 2002 and it is constantly freezing
up and always requesting data from my exchange server.
I have the latest SP and updates.
any ideas???

When we get this at work, it is almost always a system wide problem. Are
other people having the same problem? You might want to check with your
Exchange Administrator. Just a thought...

We had this after moving to a new exchange server and it
turned out to be a problem with the mail profile still
trying to connect to the old server even though it had
been changed, the solution was to create a new clean mail
profile.
also had one user who had a network problem so got it.
