Outlook - Rule Error - Can Not Send As Use

We recently updated our Exchange Server with SP2 and now we have a
problem with some rules. Outlook rules that copy a message to a
different folder produce the error message "Can Not Send as User".
This happens on some messages, but not all.


Any idea what this is or how to fix it?
