Outlook Rules

I have an Outlook rule setup to send certain emails from a listserv into a
subfolder of my Inbox. Every so often the rule seems to automatically turn
itself off - any suggestions on how to fix this?

I have three users which just reported the same problem today. We have sent
items being routed to another folder in a different PST file. The 2 PST
files are located on the C drive. Each of these users have other Archive PST
files on the network which they also connect to within out.

I'm not sure if there is any relation but the users logged off their email
recently in order to reboot the server where the archive folders are located.
This seems really far fetched but I can't figure out any other reason for
multiple users with the same problem when this seems to be the common
occurrence that we have thought of.
