Outlook Search/Find

Using Outlook 2003. When employing the find command, my
Outlook starts searching items from a date in early March
of 2004 and then goes back in time to continue the
search. It goes all the way back to 1999 before searching
for items between early March and the present. This is
annoying but as time moves forward the searches take
longer and longer. Any ideas?

If you use advanced find you can specify dates.....

Thanks for the workaround. I am still curious about why
O2K3 is using early March as an epoch. Seems quite
interesting. Sadly, the advanced find takes significantly
longer to execute which makes it an unattractive
workaround.
