Outlook settings file

John

I have installed a new blank hard drive and then installed all software from the old HD directly from CD. I have a Backup set on CD. I want to find my personal Outlook settings on the Backup and transfer it to the new HD. I can't find where the user settings are stored. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

These are mainly contained in the registry so you can't access it now any
more. All you're data is contained in a pst-file.

I am willing to edit the registry if someone can tell me where to find my personal Outlook settings.

I am also looking for the Outlook address book so I can transfer my personal addresses from the Backup files. Can you tell me where to find the address data?

If you stored them in the Contacts folder it is contained in the pst-file as
well. Otherwise you'll have to look for pab-files.

Do you still have access to your old installation then?
