Outlook slow/hang when reading a read receipt mail

We have Outlook 200 and SP3.
Pc's is max patched, and no 3 party software is using Outlook.
Exchange Server 2003, SP1.

We have some clients with this problem, it has been working for them.

Can anyone help ?
