Outlook slow to open email.

I recently uninstalled Panda antivirus and have been having trouble with
outlook 2003 ever since. It starts up normally but when I open any of my
email it can take a full minute or longer to open. It starts with a blank
white screen and will return to this if I try to open an attachment or
perform any other functions. Thanks in advance for any comments on this
matter.

It sounds like the panda add-in is still enabled. go to the add-in manager
and remove the panda add-in.
