outlook slow to open

I HAVE A LAPTOP WITH WIN XP PRO AND OFFICE XP PRO ON IT,
WHEN THE USER LAUNCHES OUTLOOK IT IS VERY SLOW TO OPEN AND
SLOW TO OPEN THE E-MAILS.

- Change rpc binding order, remove every protocol that
