outlook startup problem

i am using outlook xp 2002.
i have 3 personal folders( size is 0.98 GB, 1.72 GB, 1.77 GB)
last week, i updated outlook sp3 in my system. thereafter, whenever i open
the outlook, it shows the message "Data file Personal file is not closed
properly"
then, outlook opens all the 3 folders. so, i have to wait about 5 minutes.

after the updation only, the problem occurs. i am using the same 3 folders
in other systems. its working fine.

i properly close the outlook everytime. i check Task Manager also. No
outlook is running. i ran scandisk, chkdsk & scanpst commands. i compact the
..pst file. still the problem is there. pl help me.
