I have a user when he closes Outlook at the end of the day
it says it closing but never does. I have him do a
Control Alt Delete to shut it down. I do know when he
exits it asks him if he wants to delete his e-mail and he
says no. I have applied all the Windows 2000 updates and
the MS Office 2000 updates but it still does it. Do you
have any ideas?
