Outlook Tasks Question

I have user's who e-mail other users of tasks needing to
be completed. When an e-mail is received no option in the
incoming e-mail allows them to Accept or Decline the
task. Does anyone know how to enable this option?

To send a Task request the user that you are sending to has to be configured
in Rich Text, double click the resolved email address in the To field and
set to Rich text, of course the recipient needs to use Outlook as well
