Outlook templates?

Hello I am curious if anybody is aware of a way to create
a template to send emails to the same people or group
everyday without manually entering the contacts through
the address book? I was asked this question but have not
been able to find a way to do this.

Create a new message, address it to the DL and then select Tools, Forms,
Design this form. In design mode use Tools, Forms, Publish Form As and
publish it in your Personal Forms Library and give it a name you will
remember. After that you can call up that form already pre-addressed and
with whatever text was in the original when you went into design mode.
