Then try this - right click on the Outlook Today icon and select
properties - on the Home Page tab, try using the Reset Defaults button to
see if that works.

After furious head scratching, Joanne asked:

| tried archiving and saving right after I "saved changes" on the
| style. When I first installed it, it found a bug that it couldn't
| "debug." (This process was different than detect and repair, though
| I have tried that since without luck). Also, certain images don't
| load. The image in the upper left of the standard "Outlook Today"
| only shows as a red x, as does the description of any style in
| "Customize Outlook Today." (I have a screen shot if you want to see
