Outlook Today Dosen't Respond

Hi. I'm looking for help with Outlook today. When I
click on the Outlook Today button nothing happens. I've
reinstalled all of ofiice and totally deleted it and tried
again. Does anyone have any ideas? thanks for any help.

1.. Quit Outlook 2000.
2.. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click
OK.
3.. Locate and then click the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Application
Compatibility
4.. Click Edit, click New, and then click DWORD Value.
5.. Type Outlook.exe, and then press ENTER. This creates a new DWORD value
named Outlook.exe.
6.. With the new Outlook.exe DWORD value selected, click Edit, and then
click Modify.
7.. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
8.. Quit Registry Editor.
