Outlook Today folders unable to expand, permissions denied

Now I have access to my .pst folders after importing....and permissions ok
but outlook today folders say access denied....can't right click anything on
outlook shortcuts to give permissions...cannot find where the article is
referring to "navigation pane" that allows such permission window to give,
have updated and downloaded OP 3..no updates needed....what now?
