outlook translator

has anyone used microsoft outlook translator? i want to
install it but can not find it anywhere. it allows me to
export all information from my address book. thank you
for your help.

What Outlook Translator? Where did you get it from and who makes it? Why
can't you use Outlook's import feature to get your addresses? Also, please
state your version of Outlook.
