Outlook V QuickBooks

I have just recently started using Outlook 2003, I had no problems
installing and setting up my internet connection. Since installing I
cannot send e-mail from my QuickBooks program.There is no Send Button
with Quicken. I have Outlook 2003 set as default, and can send and
receive messages. I have tried going back to Outlook Express and then
trying to send Quicken but I have the same problem. How do I configure
the Send Button?

QuickBooks is an accounting package - why would you want to use it for email

QuickBooks is an accounting package - why would you want to use it
for email in the first place?

Because you can do stuff like send invoices via e-mail (it creates PDFs) and
this is very handy.
