outlook view to normal view

I open an Excel file and it is in "outlook view" .

How can I change it back to "normal view"?

Does that mean you can see to: and cc: header info?

If yes...

Click on File|Send to
Then toggle the "mail recipient" option.

(It may not looked depressed, but it is!)
