I cannot open jpeg attachments. How do I set MGI
photosuite to be my default viwer in Outlook to open
these files ?????

Because I don't have any personal experience with MGI PhotoSuite, in
its options, can you select which file extensions (.jpg, .jpeg) you
want PhotoSuite to be the default program for?

Go to Explorer-> Tools-> Folder Options-> tab File Types-> configure the
JPEG file extension to open with the program of your choice.
