Outlook Web Access (OWA) - Attachments are blank

When I receive email in Outlook Web Access, the
attachments appears as a hyper-link at the bottom of the
page. When I click on the link, a new IE browser window
opens, but it is blank.

If I forward the message the my Outlook Express client, I
can open the attachment (word, excel, etc.) from there. I
can also do a "right click / save as" on the link and save
the doc to my desktop and open it from there.

But I'd really like to be able to open it by clicking on
it!

Are you running Exchange 5.5? I seem to recall this being an issue on the
OWA that shipped with 5.5. Have you tried to patch the server running OWA?
What version of Exchange are you running?
