Outlook Web Access

I'm running Windows Server 2000 in my organization. I
have a guest user who is trying to access her email
through Outlook Web Access (OWA)on a unrelated Windows
Server 2000 where her email is stored and she has an
account.

At this time I've had sporatic success with logging into
her account. However, I've had great success logging
into her email outside of our network.

I appreciate any suggestions or help that anyone may be
able to provide.
