When clicking on a web link in an Outlook 2003 mail
message, the web link does not open in Internet Explorer.
Instead, a file save window opens up and Windows wants to
save the weblink as an executable. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled MS Office XP and I still get the error. Any
suggestions to a course of action? Thanks
