Outlook will not close correctly

I have a computer set up with multiple e-mail accounts.
When a user sends a message and then clicks the "x" to
close Outlook, everything appears fine. When another user
opens Outlook, it opens into the previously logged on
users e-mail. I've re-installed Outlook and re-created
the user accounts. Any Ideas??
