Outlook will not open-"program has stopped responding"

Suddenly, Outlook will not open. I use Win98 SE, Any solutions would be appreciated. Thanks Mike

Locate outcmd.dat and rename it to outcmd.old

If this doesn't help please post your version of Outlook and the type of
account you use (POP3, Exchange, IMAP, HTTP, other...?)

Sorry, forgot to mention that; it will do a hard reset of the Toolbars (the
Toolbar will look like the firs time you installed Outlook). When the file
has been corrupted Outlook won't start. It's an easy first step to start
troubleshooting when all looks OK and Outlook has been running without a
problem for quite a while already.
